@Jake Knight I have an Apple TV set up already that works as a bridge so that I can use it remotely.

 :)I've bought the books from Brandon about Rental Property Investing, Managing Rental Properties, and raising money to buy rental properties... so I feel I have a lot of head knowledge from BP and my form my earlier 20+ years of studies on renting, but I am completely lacking in experience, which I know is the most important factor... hoping to chat with you all here as I go about gaining that.  

Second warren buffet doesn't make money buying or selling option contracts, he's a buy and hold investor so you are comparing apple to oranges.  

In between that time, I was upside down on the house from about 2006 - 2015 because of refinancing and a lack of market appreciation.

The longer you are in your trade the more you will see the lack of up and coming talent...so that means that right now you have a huge opportunity to maximize your demand later by learning and practicing now.

Ive talked about doing something like this for awhile now, but lacked the actually doing it part. 

Since it is impossible to know until the future it lacks some credibility in the case of renting.
