Always use a professional biohazard removal company that is fully insured and bonded, and if you do not already have one in place, this is the time to shop around and look for a company that is available to you when or if the time comes.

But shopping around takes time and time is money.

It's a prestigious neighborhood, with great schools, shops/restaurants, etc.

I tried booking.com but their technology isn't up to snuff just yet and I have found their users shopping for a deal. 

Shop around for the best few and give them all the business with no contract.2.

Any problems with property management in the city or contractors within the city.We are already in Dallas and will absolutely set up our own shops in Houston (i.e. - property management and renovations) but knowing on the front end what other investors are dealing with can only help.Would just love any feedback and personal insight to the market.
