The other thing that drives me nuts in this article is the failure to consider cap expenses for old inner city housing stock when making claims about cash-flow.

They don’t make quality like that anymore and this one certainly deserves to shine.But I should be more realistic I suppose and quit watching all those home improvement shows (Honestly, Cabin Masters is the only one I watch now that that Florida one is no longer on the air - those folks were NUTS!!!) 

I on the other hand although I like seafood generally and some types of fish, there is something about catfish that just rubs me the wrong way.
