Do you have any knowledge of expected returns with TIC contribution?  

I’m looking to network with people in the Nashville Tennessee area that have some experience or knowledge with Airbnb’s and vrbo’s.

I personally have basic knowledge and a desire to take action and get started.

I am currently looking into getting my real estate license in North Carolina and hopefully this will increase my knowledge of real estate and which direction i need to proceed. 

These tenants are in a hardship situation and they are liable to try to use the security as last month when they do leave-- I think the only way I'll be able to get them out without a loss to me is to hold that extra money.

I would love to hear some possible hidden fees to look out for and more general knowledge on this subject.

If they want the extra bed/bath and the increased rent that goes with it, find a way to work around them.

I am from southern California and it will be my first time acquiring any properties for investment purposes.I will actually be visiting the area with my parents 11/23 - 11/26 and will be glad to meet with any lenders, investment specialists, sales agents, property managers, on here from the area, who is knowledgeable and helpful in regards to first time investor needs and interests.Since I am new on here, I am looking for any general tips, suggestions, links, and directions on this site on where I can find more useful information in attaining my goals.Thank you in advance and I wish everyone the best.Chris
