Looking for a Good Prop. Mgt. Co in Baltimore County, MD
I'm looking at a 3 bedroom 1 bath bath buy and hold that currently has tenants paying 1500 a month and want to stay. The property can be turned into a four bedroom 2 bath (through space in the basement) which would increase the rent potential substantially. How do I handle the rehab with renters in the house or is it advisable to let their lease end and have them vacate before I take on the rehab (since the additional bedroom and bath would be for a new tenant anyway? I would appreciate any advice from others who have dealt with a similar situation.
