New member from northwest Indiana

Hi everyone, I’m a new member from northwest Indiana. My name is Danny and I’m 23 years old. I’ve been investing for the last two year and have done 6 flips to date. I’ve been listening to the podcast for a while now and it’s made me feel a little more comfortable jumping into the rental side. I have an offer in on my first two unit duplex that I plan to house hack.

I’m also interested in VRBO’s and AIRBNB’s. I’m going to be traveling to Nashville Tennessee November 23-25th and would love to meet up with some members who have experience with Airbnb’s and VRBO’s in the area. Or just someone to show me the ins and outs of Nashville. It’s a long shot but figured I’d give it a go. Thanks in advance to all of you who I feel are going to provide amazing content/help/advice in the future.
