There will always be tenants in every class regardless of the economy it simply comes down to the difficulty of managing the C class when times are tough.

When I hung up I immediately googled Bart Purser and a complaint popped up about difficulty refunding a former client.

They have the original will and the notorized death certificate, but are having difficulties getting answers from the county.  

With my difficulty to connect with the locals and learn the market there, if I need to rent for now and pay the high taxes (no home, no dependents) for another year I won't fight it.  

Those are all fine, it's finding the deals that are very difficult. I

From what I have seen with friends and colleagues they are having difficulty as well and most are unable or don't want to do it (YOLO or FOMO spending is what I call it).

I know there is work to do however what I would like to know is how difficult is it to actually make money doing this. 

There is absolutely no preference given on HUD bids it cash vs financingWhat you will find with HUD is a difficulty I closing when using financing. 

The only downsides I see are the difficulty in trying to rent it out in Septemper (but probably starting to look in August) and the possibility of a vacant unit attracting squatters (although this should be minimized since there are 4 units total and can also be reduced by semi frequent visits to the unit).

My goal is to work with those people who got themselves into financial difficulty one way or another but have the opportunity to get back on the right road with a little help from an outside resource, me!
