HUD - Cash or Financing
I know typically there is a huge benefit in writing cash offers with no financing contingency.
Is there the same (or similar) benefit when writing on HUD homes? I know the formula to win a HUD bid is pretty simple....The highest "net to HUD" bid wins.
However, is there any special consideration for an all cash offer? Or does the highest net to HUD offer win in all cases, regardless of cash or financing?
Anyone have any knowledge or expertise in this area that would be willing to share?
