You'll basically have a new home (that sounds like it's not been on the market in decades) in a hot area with income producing potential through a short term rental in the back yard.

It has its own pools, ski resort, horse farm, private power boating lake.

Your furnace dies , the neighbors report a dead hooker in the backyard , you got bed bug roaches or termites everywhere some crack head broke out the windows and spray painted helter skelter on the siding!

It's alot to absorb but try not to jump feet first into the pool.

I believe this will reflect in seeing better renter pools and high rents in years to come. 

My neighbour's fence/short wall was built on our lot and it formed their backyard.

Some paint and some bling (light fixtures, new faucets, etc.) would make it pop and the rental pool would easily take note. 

Ok, I want to preface that I DID NOT take the money, but this is funny.We just bought a house we are going to fix and flip, the seller told me a few times that he was going to leave the pool table in the garage because he couldn't take it with him.
