I own a 6br pool cabin that sleeps 20+ and am going through the process of adding sprinkler system to bring it up to code for >12 occupancy.  

I like being an option to a wider pool of guests.

Then I go to the basement, if there is one, then the backyard and rear aerials and any other good front shots needed.

I do not recommend backyard especially if you have a pool or hot tub and certainly nothing interior!
