I would figure that you could essentially be labeled as just an assistance company (for lack of another creative term at the moment) to owners to do odd end jobs like virtual assistants do with taking maintenance requests, showing properties, preparing documents, etc. 

I pay more because I have 2 assistants that also have access.

@David ReardonIt is usually advised to seek assistance from an accountant/CPA to prepare the partnership return.

Usually I want the MSA overall to be at least 250,000 in population.Third, I want to make sure that the area near the property, or the area I am focused on if I don't have a property in mind, is economically diverse.

As far as training goes, you want to look for companies that actually provides you with hands on training and support from your broker so that if you have a question about a transaction, there will be someone to assist you.

It's also the capital of the state and has lots of diverse/goverment jobs there.

Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies and banks, all know me now, and assist me understanding and underwriting my deals.
