Need real estate attorney asap

I need a real estate attorney as soon as possible. Please IM me if you can help provide solution. I made a mistake on a recent property I just purchased . Property was cheap, there were many people trying to get their hands on it. I acted fast and wrote up a contract purchase agreement between the buyer and I ,we both signed I handed him the money and told him that i would help and handal the warranty deed since he was uneducated about the process.i knew that there was a risk of this happening but I was willing to take it due to the property being sold for only 4,000. He got himself into some trouble and needed the cash which is why he sold so cheap. the Property values for around 30k.

Anyways after I handed him the money I quickly went and took possession of the property and had a warranty deed made for him. I set many dates that he has agreed to meet me and every single time he lied and failed to show up to sign and get notarized. Long story short the guy is a A1 class POS, scatterbrained drug head with a big-time criminal record and loves blaming his problems on anyone but his self and has a long history of similar events just like this according to his family lol not judging only speaking the truth . Trust me i am very aware that stuff like this should be taken care of befor paying, that problem is most definitely assist, it's solution time now. Even though this could have been prevented I do not regret my decision that I made AT ALL , 1 reasons I've learned a tone from this experience an 2 the property is most definitely worth it. So im calling for HELP! There's a total of 4 Lots, they're right by the lake and im willing to see how much i can give to create a dollar i will give you two of the Lots out of the 4 . The lot that I am offering is 50 ft wide and 80 ft deep it has a solid pole barn awning and no city restrictions. The property can easily sell for 10k. Lots like these by the lake are very popular in my area right now due to the tiny house trend. I'm willing to give it away if someone can help me solve this problem by getting this guy to sign the warranty deed. I'm unable to handle this by myself but ,This can be a very easy task with the right team work
