Best Cold Calling Crm to be used alongside MOJO dialer?

I've decided to form my wholesaling business model mainly off cold calling. I'll be using MOJO so my question was what CRM do you use alongside MOJO that you have found works best?

@Mike Lopez

Hey Mike!

I have used the following CRM’s the last 8 years:

- Zoho

- Top Producer

- Sales Force

- Investorfuse 2.0

- Podio

I have found Podio to be the BEST for me in my business. Why?... We manage between 1000-3000

Leads over the last few years consistently and Podio has allowed us to organize, prioritize, manage, and automate not just the leads but a handful of our processes within our sales cycle. To name a few of the processes we manage within Podio:

- Lead Flow Optimization

- Appointment Setting , confirmation, and post appointment.

- Deal Evaluation

- Offer Creation

- Follow Up Sequences

- Transaction Coordination

- Seller/Buyer organization

Word of caution... Podio and other CRM’s can be super customizable, so DO NOT keep yourself from completing revenue generating activities attempting to customize your CRM. Find one that you or your team can use CONSISTENTLY, then work lol! At some point you can find someone to customize your CRM to your liking for a fee. There are some CRM’s like investorfuse that have 50% of the system already in place for you if you are willing to pay a monthly fee for the technology. Hope this is helpful and apologies for my grammar 😂

Happy Investing!!
