I know there are ways to do this so the tenant cannot obtain the exact information about this bank account.We recently had a tenant overpay us and we mutually agreed to return the overage via Google Wallet.

Hi gang, I'm looking at a mobile home park in Arizona.

I have had to leverage some of the equity for medical reasons and am looking at all options available to generate more cash flow.I am currently a Insurance Agent (P&C) for a large auto insurance company.I began my RE career 20 years ago, but life placed that path on hold and have started the process [Again] to get my RE agent license.I am here to gather more information about RE investing, Flipping, Wholesale, Mobile-Home Flipping/Leaseback – I have been intrigued by it all!

I have a motivated seller that is looking to sell his mobile home, and the 1/2 acre of land it sits on;  he owns both free and clear; no mortgage, payments, etc.; It's a nice mobile.

I've been marketing out of state and I can't count how many millionaire mobile park owners I've spoken to who are sitting on a $1-3m mobile home park bringing in $100-500k a year. 

They also have a mobile app that is very user friendly.  

I'm wanting to find a small piece of land that will allow a mobile home to be placed on it.  

You could start by investing in mobile homes that are cheap and need a little work that you can turn and sell quickly.

I just need someone to confirm the process because I'm learning and my thoughts are scattered.I find a mobile home for low price "fixer" for sale by owner.I put it under contract like a regular house to do due diligence?
