Hi gang, 

I'm looking at a mobile home park in Arizona. It's been on the market for a while and the owner is motivated because he's older and failing health. Is there anyone on here that specializes in parks that can help me look at this? It's a steal of a deal with huge upside, I just want to know what to look for. Thanks in advance!
