Newbie from California
Hello!
I am a Father of 2 kids in San Diego, Ca. My boy is 15 and Daughter is 10. My ultimate goal is to create a legacy for them, as well as some good memories.
I own 2 local SFR as rentals, One is a consistent one year turn over lowering my ROI, the other seems to garner longer, more stable tenants. I have had to leverage some of the equity for medical reasons and am looking at all options available to generate more cash flow.
I am currently a Insurance Agent (P&C) for a large auto insurance company.
I began my RE career 20 years ago, but life placed that path on hold and have started the process [Again] to get my RE agent license.
I am here to gather more information about RE investing, Flipping, Wholesale, Mobile-Home Flipping/Leaseback – I have been intrigued by it all!
