The only service animals that must be admitted into public places...like a store, restaurant, etc...are either a dog or miniature horse (no other type of animal) that has had rigorous and extensive training to help their owner with a specific PHYSICAL disability.

However, the fair housing act doesn't allow for discrimination based on factors that correlate to race, and you may end up charging minorities higher rents, which is simply a bad business practice and look horrible to a jury.

But, people from households who scream at each other,  or throwing around the F-bomb while on a voicemail to me, regardless of their race, are not a protected class.Being distracted by your child while on the phone, is fine.

They can print them out online from their My Account on the SSA website.But, you can still ask them what service their service dog/miniature horse (the only two animals allowed to be service animals that can go in public) performs for them.
