Question for experienced landlords
I'm starting a fix and hold. My better half and I are having a discussion on a couple things. This is a b class rental and I'm of the opinion that we should not provide a garbage disposal or an ice maker because those are maintenance issues going forward. She thinks people will expect that. The disposal is shot and we are buying all new appliances. From researching the market the A class goes for $1250 to $2000 and I'm going to rent for $1,095. My plumber agrees with me!

I'm with Mike. No to the ice machine. And yes to big bad disposal. Stuff is going down that drain like it or not. I like it ground up. <Grin>
