@Cory Mccarthy  it was regionalized to a degree.Texas values held.. one of the few places that did.Certain parts of CA barely fell.PDX were we live fell 20 to 30% from all time highs. on the buy and hold though we were pretty strong here.. but still had issues I sold a group of 32 duplex's in 06 as a broker.. and about 1/3 went back to the bank by 2009.You had job loss every were.. out here on the West it was in construction.

They use regional multipliers for whatever area you are in and I can't imagine it to be "accurate" but better than just guessing.
