Eat beans n rice and once you get tired of that you can eat rice n beans. 

Remember having a renter is a business, and you just can't "kick them out" when and if you grow tired of them.My recommendation is to buy what you can afford on your income that is cheaper than rent, or buy a lower-priced home and fix up, even if only a cosmetic fix-up.

I'm guessing they're just tired of prospective buyers asking if they want to get bought out. 

I got tired to contact two or three contractors every time I had an issue and wait a few days to get a reply back.

Trip was awesome, seen lots of churches, palaces, pitoresque landscapes, talke to interesting people and over all had the time of my life, all coming at a cost, these experiences tired all five of us to death.
