Looks great went down cheap, Although I can't comment on the lasting quality as the tenant moves in next week.

The quality of tenants will be vary widely in our area and also the rents and housing prices do too.   

They have 600 properties they manage and are quality people.

There are plenty of quality tenants that I lease to everyday plus the rents in low income areas are really good because of sec8 help!

I really need to compile a list of quality questions to present to a broker stating what I want, what they offer, and ultimately decide who is going to be the best fit for me.

There are quality properties and great folks in the business out here, but it is beyond critical that you're either here to manage/watch your properties, or have someone you trust implicitly to do so.

I only charge a percentage of what the property earns in order to ensure the best quality of services.

Offer a quality service package, do it reasonably quickly and right the first time, and you'd have a winner.
