BLUF: Worry less about marketing your business and more about having quality houses/apts to rent that are listed on major public websites.  

I don't think many in the US understand that if they want lower taxes they have to give up some of their public services or vice versa.

I personally use Agentpro247, my understanding though, is that Listsource and Agentpro source their data from the same public records.

If there is any doubt about it being able to remain in operation then you need to walk, with one exception - if there is public sewer at the road already.  

I'm a big fan of the vision and direction for where KW is going and its privately owned vs public. 

From wholesaling blitzes, to finding motivated sellers now and on and on.

Even if it's not a "law", if the general public thinks it is, then it will hurt your bottom line to not have it.

Year was 2012.I have zero experience with this, a quick search on public records seems to suggest it was done to delay a foreclosure.I haven't ran a credit check yet, will do it today.
