Need help with wholesaling marketing choices

Hello everyone - I used nothing buy bandit signs for the last 1 1/2 years and did 25 deals. The city has put a stop to that. I desperately need to figure out the best way to market for new leads. I have looked at all the gurus pitches and I just don't know what to believe. From wholesaling blitzes, to finding motivated sellers now and on and on. What is the best way to do it, local or national? Can anyone recommend a system that truly works? Or should I just go with the standard yellow letters or door hangers etc.?????
