Hello, I recently listened to a podcast with Mindy and Scott.

It took me around 15-18 months until I went full-time.1.

I listed a rental property on Zillow and paid for premium exposure to increase visibility.

This is consistent with data from sources like Zillow, Redfin, and the local Santa Barbara Association of Realtors.However, when I go to "Pick Markets" and select Santa Barbara, the median home price listed is $620,000, which doesn’t align with what I’ve observed locally.

I have a tenant in Austin who has not paid several months of rent.
