Wholesale Question To Move Forward

Alysa Greene
Posted

I am new to wholesaling. I wrote an offer for a home to wholesale here in California. The seller chose her escrow company. Escrow company sends me Escrow instructions to sign and move forward. The seller has not signed my CaRPA agreement. I think they may want to move forward solely on escrow instructions? I need some help and guidance on how to move forward. Trying to do everything how it should be done. Thank you!
