I believe I can purchase the property for $150K and it is going to take about $500K to white box and make functional. 

I know that zillow has some of that functionality but it only goes back 10 years so for example it's not possible to look at data from the last market crash, which is exactly what I want to look - get an idea of worst case scenarios.

Of note: I like Dennis M's posts, but it should be noted that his properties are in the D class (if I am correct), so his tenants are almost always lying (as he has said in the past).
