My fear would be they use it as an excuse to get a second dog, because "we are already paying a pet fee anyway" or maybe in a few years this dog will die, and they will move in a puppy, without telling you, who will pee all over your floor/carpet and have to be trained not to chew up your baseboards.that's just my .02 cents though

About MeHey everyone my name is Mike I am 32 Married and Live in San Diego CA..I have always wanted to own allot of real estate but just thought it was something out of reach for someone like me( middle class construction worker) I almost bought a second home a couple years ago after being pre approved for another traditional loan but never pursued a property due to the fear of being too in debt, man am I kicking my self now.

To your point about the bank not foreclosing if the payments are made, no payments are currently being made so we were hoping the bank would accept forbearance and renegotiation of the mortgage.Is your fear that things could get difficult and he would just sell the house for the mortgage amount to cover it?
