Have you thought about creating a blog and sharing some of your ideas on creative financing?

I think it would be cool if you could write down your biggest problems you had with this house and how you fixed them, a blog of what happened.

I was introduced a few weeks ago and have scoured forums, blogs and listened to several recent podcasts.I'm going through a major life change because I'm leaving my career of 11 years in IT to stay home with 2 young kids.

So I discovered that tree tea oil will rid a pantry moth infestation in a matter of days.And vinegar traps will stomp out an infestation of fruit flies in the same amount of time.

Is there any literature or blog that shows how to provide funds for transactional funding ?

These blogs is written for the state of California if you don’t at least have a basic understanding of the real estate principals and real estate financing applicable to your state, I suggest you go to your public library, book store, amazon.com, whatever and get a copy of the real estate principals, financing and laws that apply to your state.

But with my couple, I ended up discovering that it was an ongoing thing.

Also, can anyone suggest ways for discovering properties?

In one sale, the buyer's attorney discovers that on an 1898 deeds (that's right 115 years ago) a deed was signed by only 3 of the 4 legal heirs to an estate.
