New member from Louisiana with my first flip!

I'm Adrienne Hollie from Louisiana. My husband and I have recently purchased our first foreclosure in Northwest Florida (near Pensacola). Our plan is begin our first flip this weekend and continue flipping for the foreseeable future in partnership with our connections in Florida. I've already experienced a few, and are expecting more, challenges through our but I'm hoping to find some good advice and ideas here!
