Finding an investor friendly real estate agent has been the biggest challenge so far.So far every time I look at a foreclosure my agent does everything in her power to keep me from looking at it.

The way my schedule is it would be very challenging to commute outside Ann Arbor.

They are in a good area but historical district which I understand has some challenges associated with fixing up the place.

It’s a highly desired area so the market is naturally more expensive in this area.

@Aaron Klatt This three story multi- family residence built in 1880 with 7 bedrooms offers lots of character with lots of windows for natural lighting, hardwood floors throughout, multiple fireplaces, built-in bookshelves and a covered wrapped porch!

The challenges that I have had in my area are the inspections.

The second best would be to limit it to natural persons in their permanent residence.

I realize this message is a couple years later, but I am HOH and looking to connect with other investors to brainstorm how to overcome certain challenges.

Changes in the European legislation, consequent housing crisis, and demographic challenges allowed real estate crowdfunding to grow even further.
