Hello I currently live in CT and Just got my first wholesale property that is located in Auburn, NY. it is a 7 bedroom 6 baths 8,245 SQ. Ft multi Family house. I've been doing research on wholesale, but I've always been a little confused on what to do once you have a deal. I guess what I'm asking is what should my next step be especially with the fact the property is about a 5 hour drive away from me.
