Hello Marcy, 

I am just joined now as a newbie Deaf BiggerPockets member to learn more about landlord & rental properties and house flipping business in order to find the potential contractor and investor to help me on my dream business of a pocket neighborhood for the deaf become reality. I currently live in a small rural town in Virginia that is 35 miles southwest of Richmond, Virginia and found small land acre with unlivable bad shape trailer next-door neighborhood from my parent's property that i am about to buy land. (walkable distance adjacent to my parent's property)

I want to help my elderly dad paying off the bank-owned land(2nd property), fixing, flipping and renting out old falling down 12x60 singlewide trailer as my first time home flipper/landlord. I am working on my rough draft of 3D model designing of the new floor plan to be converted from singlewide trailer into 16x32 duplex houses on the same permanent trailer foundation with deck porches (just demolish entire mobile home to convert into stick-built house) and on the process of signing up my new real estate investment crowdfunding campaign (website) to be posted with my finalized proofreading content with a lot of pictures and video. 

I already have two potential deaf tenants on the waiting list to rent out my property as soon as i received funding reach my goal. There is more project i will work on once my first-time house flipping is successfully in order to buy larger land acres expanding more units of deaf housing community.
