A few weeks back people started talking about organizing a meetup for the Capital region BP folks.

One of our clients bought a park that was empty of homes, had a swimming pool filled with dirt, and a trashed club house for a bargain that some other organization had bought for what they thought was a "higher use" and gave up because of the cost of ripping out the pads, the electric, the gas, and the water supplies and sanitary lines.

But there are language barriers, copywriting, business expertise etc. to be bridged, so that's where I come into the picture.The guy I'm working for is a walking powerhouse in luxury marketing, who can seamlessly organize launch parties with big names.

I don't want to be part of any pay-for-mentor program so REIN worries me a bit although looks like a legitimate organization.

But, how would one write a lease for this tenant and add an "organization" to the lease so if things go south, the organization is also on the hook?

However; I do use Allied for all my continuing education, and there course are very well organized and easy to use.

Check with organizations for fund raising areas, BBQ gigs, car.motorcycle shows, bake sales, boy/girl scout mini jamboree setting up displays for a week end, chili cook-off, small art displays by local artists do well.
