Greetings BP,I wanted to share my parking "activities" within the BP community since I see this a pretty obscure topic. 

I plan to hang my license with my uncle’s brokerage, and since Virginia has lenient reciprocity rules, this will allow me flexibility in both states.

I’ve reached out to Zillow and some third-party listing services, and they informed me that updates must be made through the MLS.My question is: can I ask my realtor to update the property photos on the MLS, or is this something I can do myself?

Purchase price: $220,000 Cash invested: $220,000 Bought this "shell" of a house.

Had gone under contract a time or two...I think most people just weren't equipped to finish a property like this.
