Jumping head in first!

Devyn Jacobs

Hello!

I am new to the BP form. I have been connected with BP for the last couple years by just dipping my toes in the water occasionally, but this year I am looking to jump in! The last couple of months I have begun to gain more knowledge about Real Estate investing and becoming more informative. I am highly interested in BRRRR and House Hacking since I do not currently own a home at all and would be purchasing my first property ever.

Can't wait to learn more and my goal for this year it make an offer on a property no matter the outcome!

Welcome. First thing to do, if you haven't, is to hyper-focus on your finances and savings so you can be fully prepared when the time comes. Make sure you have a downpayment, closing costs, inspection money, as well as six months in reserve savings. Second, go to as many local meetups as you can find. Never miss them. Soak up knowledge and make some investor friends on the same journey you are.
