Well, little did we know, they were issuing numerous deeds of trust all on the same piece of property.

I wanted to make sure before anyone jumps on this thread, and point out the obvious numeric differences in what your cashflow could be, that all of the variables had been accounted for, and that your most important resource your time is unknowingly overlooked in this process.

I am not an accountant, but I think that is true for any self-employed person and is based in part on whether the previous year was profitable and in part on whether the current year will be profitable, not whether it is an LLC or not.With that said, I pay a CPA to do my taxes because I don't have a clue how to due to multiple businesses, numerous properties, and different LLC's with different ownership.
