Hello my name is Aaron,i have been in construction for the past 15 yrs and it has always been my dream to flip homes for myself. I have done numerous rehabs for others but am ready to do it for myself but lack the capitol. Does anyone have any tips or pointers for finding investors or other options to get the capitol needed to get started in the business... any tips or suggestions would be helpful.thanks

I found mine be researching the county recorders data. If your county allows it you can search by grantor and grantee. Just do a wild card search for "LLC" "Capital", "Properties", etc.
