Does anyone have experience with this company?

I finished a large rehab yesterday that had more go wrong than any of my previous rehabs (we have a fair amount of experience) but still only went 10 days over our aggressive schedule.  

I'm just starting out with my first STR so I'm really relying on good reviews and guest experiences to get more exposure on the listing platforms!

I assumed I could cashflow for 20% or more, so I want to see if I need to adjust my expectations based on the experience of others. 

I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with things like this and if you have any other things you would look for when buying your first multifamily homeThank you!

Your post didn't sound like it came from a landlord with 25 years of experience, so I was pointing to the basics hoping it would motivate you to do some research.A quick Google search revealed numerous NJ banks that offer the convenience of opening accounts online.

While I was trying to be clear about not having any experience with you, I don't know if many people understand the fund of funds or co-sponsor structures and if/how they bring any value.  

@Molly JonesUnfortunately, many wholesalers that you meet randomly online are not very experiences or particularly skilled at what they do and often rely on bulk rather than quality so there is a high probability that they know very little about the property itself aside from the basic data that they obtained online through data scrapping.

I would, instead consider a partner with capital and perhaps experiences and skillsets different from those of your own.

I don’t have multi-res experience in DFW, but I have owned multiple rental sfr’s there from prior to the gfc.In this business, especially now, you may need to kiss a lot of frogs to find your prince/princess, or turn over a lot of rocks, or any other metaphors that you like.
