Questions to ask online...

Molly Jones
Posted

Hi,

I've joined some communities online to network and find offmarket properties but it seems like people don't have a whole lot of information about the properties. The best they give me is an address - some not even photos.
Is there a place that I'm supposed to be looking up the details like taxes, hoa, photos, etc that is understood amongst each other? Or are these sellers just really under prepared for digital communication?

Thanks!

Those forums are garbage and 1/100 deals will even be worthwhile. You want to build connections in real life at meetups and try to get on the VIP wholesale list over time. The email that you get now with properties is like third servings and all of the good investors passed on it because the numbers don't work. Most stuff in online wholesale or off-market groups are just people daisy chaining.
