I've flipped one so far and just got regular home owners insurance, bundled it with my car and then cancelled. 

Like a regular pension, you wouldn't be able to withdraw the money penalty-free until 59 1/2.Hope this helps!

Inspect much more regularly, monthly for first 4 months then quarterly at minimum.

I got a card for my LLC the first week after closing it was from my regular bank a few years ago so regs may have changed or tightened.

I've been renting properties for more than 50 years and I still learn things about rental law I should have known about many years ago.Then, go to an apartment association in your area to get free forms, get forms from office supplies, on the internet and from your real estate brokers.

That sounds like a great idea , but have you looked into the financing part of it since they are manufactured , do the same rules as slab built homes supply or did they fall under different categories?
