I got some advice from a fellow BP’er to get approved by a lender ahead of time.

Then just go ahead and jump into some deals.

I have been doing some serious soul searching and life planning and I discovered that becoming a real estate investor would be a likely path toward genuine freedom (not only financially but spiritually because I want to be happy in what I do) and I have finally been able to get my wife on board, though she is admittedly nervous.

I'm looking to rehab houses in LA soon so this is good knowledge to keep me ahead of the curve.

You should still go ahead and evict her now.

Also if you do your due dilligence, just like your buying the property yourself and run numbers and things while holding a real deal first hand then you'll be ahead of a lot of wholesellers!

I have the oppertunity to recieve a better pay rate in other places but i just dont want to go ahead and leave both my jobs if is not posible to get financing before the two year work history a lender would ask for.

I can't get ahead, despite how much I've given to my corporate slave-drivers, largely due to the politics and backstabbing that exists in those environments.

Wealth to me is a mindset of gratitude and peace of mind not just in financial sense, but also spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
