Newbie sends Greetings from Ventura County, Southern California!

Hello! My name is April and currently a senior in college soon to graduate soon. 

I was doing research about investing and discovered real estate investing. I was relieved to figure out the best time to start investing is as soon as possible, fearing I might be to young. I don't have a background in real estate or family that works in the real estate sector but I am happy to learn regardless. My goal to own multi-family home properties and landlord was inspired by Brandon Turner's blog which can be found here:
