@Chloe Hohman  Agree with Nicolas, I don't see any money for you in this deal.Even if you could put down $50k, and financing $200k, with a standard 30 year 7.5% mortgage, your mortgage payments would be $1400 per month. 

It had to spend billions of dollars in infrastructure to get hotels and airlines to do the same, which then would bring mass tourism.

While there are certainly cases where they can make great money, in general your best recession-proof best is likely a more "average" home.

But if I am not raising capital here, just putting the money to work here, why would the local capital-raising laws apply?

She'd have to invest some money to create this set-up. 3) Selling doesn't make a lot of sense, because in this market, she'd end up paying the same for a small place, condo, with less flexibility. 

It is FAR easier to spend your time chasing new money.

So I'm sure someone with money and idea ready to go would be willing to pay to cut that time and risk out.

So, why is McDonalds still spending billions on advertising?

You are probably throwing your money away if you are planning to hire a "guru".

I also want to be able to spend more time with my daughter and be able to pass something onto her and future generations, something I'm sure many can relate to.
