Calling All Section 8 Gurus & Section 8 Fans! Seeking Guidance on How To Get Started
My wife and I have recently retired and are interested in learning how to get started with investing in Section 8 single-family homes. We are considering hiring a coach to take us through the process and as we look to educate ourselves we continue to see names such as Tom Cruz, Rhett Wiseman, and several others.
Has anyone worked with these or other coaches they would recommend? Thanks in advance for sharing any feedback and for any suggestions on the resources we should be tapping into.
Excited to learn and grow with the Bigger Pockets Community!!

You do not need to pay a coach to do this. All of the resources you need to buy and operate Section 8 real estate are here on bigger pockets. There is also a Facebook group for section 8.
