Does anyone know if the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing will take action against the Broker at FASS. 

Tech that is game changing is tech that helps professionals and deal makers do everything they are already doing more effectively.  

At this point right now, I will probably seek financing through a local credit union.

A professional is best but family/friend could work.

I would recommend you not cheap out in this one and pay a professional.

This is something that I have sturggled with a bit as well...as a Finance professional I understand the power of leverage that REI offers but still find myself thinkibg about using some of the monthly cash flow to accelerate principal paydown.
