Pay ahead or save for more properties?
Is it better to pay extra toward your principal portion of your mortgage per month OR is it better to save for your next rental property?

There's no right or wrong answer for this. Do what you feel fits you best. You can always change tactics. If you think you'll sell your current properties in a few years, build up the equity and pay them down now so you can be in a better position to roll the money from those sales into other properties.
