Hello to everyone, been using the forum and listening to a number of Brandon's webinars and podcasts for almost a year now. Just upgraded to PRO and started practicing with the calculator on a few properties.
My wife and I are interested in investing in multi-family housing to rent out for cash flow and capital appreciation downstream. We are also interested in multifamily homes that can be converted to professional office space (e.g. For lawyers, physicians, etc) and would eventually want to also get into student off campus housing around NJ. For now, I have been focusing on analyzing MFDs in Union County. Any tips, suggestions and referrals to REIs who have a good understanding of MFD market in Union County , NJ, as well as property managers, would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Ed
