Am I Crazy Over Here: 30yr vs. 15yr Loan

Hi BP. I've been on the phone today with a credit union and I'm finding that they are willing to give 30yr terms vs the banks I've spoken with who seem to only want to give me 15yr terms on investment properties. Am I missing something? It just seems uncanny that the credit union has better rates and better terms. I'm going to see the credit union loan officer in person next week. Any questions I should be asking that are not obvious? Thanks.

@Stanley E.

Unless this is commercial, anyone should be able/willing to offer you 30 year fixed...
