I truly understand how difficult finding the time can be, but beyond developing systems, creating a routine has been the most helpful thing I have done.

I need assistance evaluating the land that a mobile home is sitting on, the lots are zoned for multifamily, the property is just outside a mobile home park.

Remember, your now entering the business zone and your not a charity, or a pigeon that waits for a few crumbs to fall off of a lap in the park.

I think one of my biggest problems is that im cheap so when I look at a property I can figure out ball park cost of repairs and I know what I would charge for certains repairs so it tends to blind me a bit I think.
