How to evaluate Lots
I need assistance evaluating the land that a mobile home is sitting on, the lots are zoned for multifamily, the property is just outside a mobile home park. I did see some new home building occurring about a half mile up the street but I am unsure if that will translate into changing the dynamics of these lots. How can I get comps for the lots. FYI the lots are on a block that has all mobile units on it, the lots have excellent mountain views with a park across the street. Please aide me in finding how to pull comps for the lots.
